1. Download the Studio Sollo app
Make sure you have the Studio Sollo app installed on your phone. It acts as your key to the studio, but it’s also the best place to book + manage your classes.

2. Enable required permissions
When you first open the app, grant any necessary permissions.

3. Arrive no more than 10 minutes before
You’ll be able to access the studio no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This helps prevent any disruption to classes that may still be in progress.

4. Click ‘View Doors’ then swipe to unlock
Open the app and use the swipe-to-unlock access button on the screen. The door will only unlock if you’re checked in for that specific class.

5. Check-in even if someone holds the door for you
Swiping in the app is how your visit is logged and confirmed, this ensures your check-in is recorded and helps you avoid any late fees.
