Video-Led Classes

Our video classes are meticulously designed by an instructor with 12+ years’ experience.

The 30-minute more focused sessions are perfect to fit around early meetings and lunch breaks, whilst the 45-minute classes are developed for a full body workout.

With clear on-screen demonstrations, simple audio cues + spring options for any ability, you can tailor the class to your level and move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Slow down + reset. This relaxing class eases tension, aids recovery and complements your regular workouts.

Both our Video-led and Teacher-led classes are designed for all levels, with exercise variations to suit beginners and those with more experience.

The instructor offers modifications for each move, so you can adjust the exercise to match how you’re feeling.
